If I’m officiating your wedding, the course—and the official notarized completion certificate—are both on the house. You’ll take that certificate to the county clerk when you get your license and boom—you just saved $60.
The last page of the course gives you the scoop on how to get that certificate.
Heads up: You don’t have to do everything in the course. Just pick the parts that are most helpful (or at least won’t cause a argument about how to load the dishwasher).
That said, you do need to spend at least 4 hours on it—that’s the clerk’s rule, not mine. So grab a comfy seat and a snack, and make it count.
Hope you have a blast going through it!
