About Me
I was born and raised in Nashville — not too many of us around anymore! While ministry and school have taken me to other states over the years, I came back home in 2000 and have been here ever since.

My wife Mary and I have four children and four grandchildren. We’ve lived in the same house in the Bellevue area for over 20 years. We love to travel and usually spend a few weeks in Mexico each year to relax and recharge.
I’m a lifelong non-denominational minister — ministry is all I’ve ever done. I hold a Master of Theology degree and have completed doctoral-level work in ministry. Helping couples with their wedding ceremonies has been one of the great joys of the last two decades.
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve officiated hundreds of weddings. It’s a gift to be part of one of the happiest and most meaningful days in people’s lives — and I’ve had the chance to do that in some truly beautiful and unique settings.
The best compliment I get? When guests come up after the ceremony and ask if I’m the couple’s longtime family minister. We don’t try to fake that — it just happens naturally when the ceremony is heartfelt and personal.
