Your Ceremony, Your Way
Once you give me the thumbs up to officiate your ceremony, I’ll send you my 8-page Ceremony Planner — a flexible template to help you craft the kind of ceremony you truly want.
You’re not boxed in to just what’s in the Ceremony Planner. Think of it as launch pad. Some couples simply pick from the options and roll with it while others use it to spark ideas and create something more personal.
With the Ceremony Planner, You Can:
- ♦ Decide how long the ceremony will be and what tone it will have
- ♦ Make it religious-but-not-weird, romantic, or a blend of both (most couples go this route)
- ♦ Choose between traditional and contemporary wording — or mix them
- ♦ Add personal touches that reflect your story and personalities
Over the years, I’ve refined this Planner by cutting out the fluff and keeping the content couples actually

use. It’s been tested and tweaked in real-world weddings — no filler, no time-wasters.
Will you read 5 books about ceremonies? Nope. Most of that stuff never gets used. This Planner is the practical, get-it-done version that works.
I do encourage couples to think through their ceremony choices. Even a few personal touches can turn a generic ceremony into a memorable one.
I may be biased, but I believe the ceremony is the most important part of the day. The flowers may wilt and the cake is dry – but your vows? That’s the good stuff! I think Kenny Chesney would agree.
Couples consistently tell me how helpful the Ceremony Planner is — and I think you’ll find the same once you dive in.
Want to talk it over? I offer in-person planning meetings at my home in the Bellevue area or we can connect through phone, email, or video — whatever works for you.
P.S. My brand new online interactive Ceremony Planner generation tool will be ready soon.
