If so, I have a special that I offer to couple for elopements during the week. Here are the details:

1. Available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm

2. Short notice Nashville elopements available most of the time

3. I can suggest some locations if needed. Some couples come to my home and we do a simple quick ceremony in front of the fireplace. One popular location where I often meet couples is the Sunken Garden at Centennial Park. The park is the in Vanderbilt area just out from downtown Nashville.

There are of course many other possibilities including other parks, your hotel, a favorite restaurant in a private area, the Shelby Street pedestrian bridge and many others.

4. The cost is usually $100

• I've finally written some new posts that I've wanted to do for some time for couples. They are listed on my Free Wedding Guides page. • If you'd like to see a video brief segment of a wedding ceremony I officiated, go here. This was a wedding at Scarritt-Bennett, and there's a humorous out-take during the vows (about two minutes and a half in). Very nice couple and family!

• I was the "pretend" wedding minister on the TLC show What Not to Wear at the Hermitage Hotel as a surprise for a local wedding florist. If you like, watch here.
